About the Job
We are looking for REAL-LIFE JUNIOR/MID-LEVEL COMMERCIAL INTERIOR DESIGNERS. Experienced and working as a Commercial Interior Designer for 5-8 years. Interior Designers who focus more on corporate space, lounge space, office space, hotel lobby, etc. Knowledge/Familiarity with COALESSE is a BONUS!!! Designers NOT affiliated or representing other brands. Open to architects. Designers who value brands that make their jobs easier through ease of specification, reliability, and seamless delivery. Prioritize durability, customization, and sustainability. Motivated by creative inspiration. Curious, high-energy problem solvers. *Casting across a visible age spectrum: 25–55 *Real-Life Interior Designers 5–8 years into their career *Freelance or independent; not currently affiliated with large agencies OR have current furniture brand affiliation *Strong priority on background diversity *Authentic, clearly represented diversity across background, body type, and gender *Comfortable on camera; some prior on-camera experience *Engaging presence with evident expertise in their field *Seeking fresh voices and untold stories (not those already saturating or dominating the market) *Surprising, unexpected, non-formulaic profiles preferred *Neutral, non-polarizing social media presence
